Msg. and data rates apply. You agree that we may contact you anytime, including before 8am or after 9pm local time. Please review these Terms of Use, which govern your use of the Injury Assist forms and services (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our"). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Ownership and Program Name
The Site and its SMS messaging program are owned and operated by Triggerfish Leads, LLC (DBA Injury Assist). Triggerfish Leads, LLC is a marketing lead generator and is not a law firm or attorney referral service.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms and Conditions
Program Description: By providing your mobile number and opting in via our website form, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated and personal text messages from Triggerfish Leads, LLC (DBA Injury Assist) regarding your car accident inquiry.
- Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to our number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
- Rejoining Instructions: To rejoin, sign up as you did initially on our website form, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
- Help Instructions: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to support@injuryassist.com.
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
4. Legal Compliance
This program complies with industry standards including CTIA guidelines. You agree that the laws of the State of Texas govern these Terms.
5. Age Restriction (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or submit personal information through our forms. By using them, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
